Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $11.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Typing (Words Per Minute): 0 - 40 wpm

Specific Skills: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases, Sort, process and verify applications, receipts and other documents, Send and receive messages, Prepare invoices and bank deposits, Provide general information to clients and the public, Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning
