Specific Skills: Prepare estimates of labour and material costs, Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and contractors, Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads, Estimate pre-contract costs, Advise on tendering procedures, Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems, Monitor and adjust contract expenditures

Security and Safety: Criminal record check
