Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $30,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000

Work Setting: Construction
