Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Budgetary Responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000

Specific Skills: Evaluate efficiency of production, Determine adequacy of personnel, equipment and technologies used for operations, Direct quality control inspections, Analyze cost and quality data

Additional Skills: Recruit and hire staff, Train staff, Conduct performance reviews, Establish and implement safe work practices and procedures

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Other Information: Certificate in Quality Management or Quality Inspection. 3 years experience in a fast paced production environment Previous experience in an ISO certified production facility
