Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Salary: will be $10.80 to $11.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.
Notes: bonus, and other benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Food service establishment, Fast food outlet or concession

Supervisory Experience: Food service counter attendants and food preparers

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports

Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Own Tools/Equipment: Uniform

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Walking

Ability to Supervise: 11-15 people

Other Information: Rate of wage depends on experience.
